What does "Delete All Synced Data and Cache" do?

Use it when you want to remove SyncFlow-written Health data and restart syncing from a clean sync state.

It does not remove data written by other apps, Apple Watch, iPhone, or manual entries.

It also deletes Sync History stored for you on the SyncFlow server. It does not disconnect Fitbit or delete your Firebase or RevenueCat identity.

The local reset includes sync continuity, cached results, schedules, locks, rate-limit timing, and migration state.
